I am a Communications Interception and Cyber Intelligence expert. I have testified in federal/state Trials and Grand Jury's as a Govt SME (Subject Matter Expert). Recently retired and a US Air Force Veteran, has over 40 years in IT/High Technology field with the last 23 years specifically on Cyber/Comms LEA (Law Enforcement Agency) projects (including classified) with federal, state and local agencies throughout the USA and Canada and USA interest globally. In addition, I was also the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and ITPSO (Insider Threat Program Senior Official) overseeing company compliance, IT, personnel security clearances, security and cyber education/awareness for all staff, document & storage controls and facility security management.
