Depace Sports museum tour, following end of Rotary Meeting meeting

Sep. 11, 2025

This is Bio for Nick Depace Jr who will be joining me at the Rotary Club meeting on 9/11

Nicholas Louis DePace, Jr. is the co-founder and executive board member of the DePace Sports Museum, Library and Learning Center in Washington Township, New Jersey—a nonprofit institution dedicated to preserving multi-sport memorabilia and celebrating the spirit of champions.  A lifelong collector, Nicholas’s passion was sparked by quiet moments at the dining-room table with his grandfather, organizing baseball cards and sharing stories.  Today, that tradition spans four generations of DePace men and continues to inspire visitors of all ages.

Nicholas is deeply committed to honoring family legacy, curating immersive experiences, and using sports history to ignite dreams.  His presentations blend personal narrative with historical insight, offering guests a heartfelt journey through the museum’s collection and the values it represents: perseverance, connection, and the courage to dream.

Cameron Kennedy Scout reference Elisha Elliott

Nov. 13, 2025
 Cameron’s contact info.

609-617-7764 and carlsonk21@hotmail.com

My name is Cameron Kennedy, and I am a 14-year-old Freshman at Williamstown High School. I started Cub Scouts when I was five and climbed the ranks until I was eleven when I became a Boy Scout.

I have been working hard through the ranks, and I currently have over forty merit badges. I am only one step away from becoming an Eagle Scout. Last year, I was asked to be the Assistant Senior Patrol Leader and this year I was voted as our troop’s Senior Patrol Leader. Being a Senior Patrol Leader is a huge responsibility as I oversee the weekly meetings, and I must work hard to ensure that the other Scouts are progressing in ranks and adhering to the Scout Laws and Oath.

McGuinness Funeral Home reached out with an idea of creating a “butterfly/meditation/prayer” garden. After meeting Elisha (from McGuinness Funeral Home), I am excited to start this transformation as my Eagle Project. I have a lot of ideas to transform this area into a beautiful, peaceful and calming area. This garden would be ideal for grieving ones to sit and reflect on those loved ones that they have lost.

I am proud to share that the Community Prayer and Meditation Garden has been officially approved as my Eagle Scout project by the Crossroad District Advancement Committee, and I look forward to making a positive impact through this project.
